MINNEAPOLIS -- Business partners Chef Craig Johnson and Chef Tobie Nidetz, known for their handcrafted sausages and unusual toppings, are popping up in a slightly more long-term way, with a 10 Day Pop-up at Sawatdee in Eden Prairie.

They will be serving lunch and happy hour from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. with hot dogs and sausages for 10 weekdays from Monday, June 16 through Friday June 27, as Sawatdee celebrates their first birthday in business in Eden Prairie.

This is the newest branch of the 30 year old Sawatdee restaurant downtown Minneapolis.
