EDINA, Minn. – It's either in your inbox or in your hands, but chances are you've already been invited to be in an NCCA bracket challenge.

Researchers believe 50 million will participate in March Madness pools and that means employees have one eye on their work and the other on their bracket. An estimated $1.2 billion will be lost in productivity.

"It's a chance to connect with co-workers," says Adam Harmon, an employee at Bracketron in Edina. "Anyone can win it. That's why we get so much participation."

But, wait. Bracketron. They must be experts, right?

"Yes, we're bracket experts when it comes to mounting your mobile device," chuckles Harmon. "As for March Mardness, we think we're experts, too."

We checked in at Brackett's Crossing Country Club in Lakeville, too.

"You came to the right place," said manager John Sather. "I won it last year."

It's the season for "experts," isn't it?
