MINNEAPOLIS - Free health screenings are coming to a community near you!
Health Fair 11 in the "Q"mmunity is a program designed to give people easy access to basic health screenings. Nurses perform the health checks aboard the "Q"mobile unit.
Health Fair 11 in the "Q"mmunity is sponsored by Health Fair 11, a collaboration of KARE 11, UCare, and Hennepin County Medical Center. Additional support comes from Medtronic Philanthropy. The "Q"mmunity unit is operated by Q Health Connections, a division of Southside Community Health Services, Inc.
