3 simple exercises to work your upper body.

Fitness guru Chris Freytag shows us three simple exercises to get your upper body ready for the beach.

  1. Shoulders & Biceps: use free weights to work your biceps with a curl, overhead press, and more.
  2. Triceps: lifting backward and remembering to keep your abs tight to protect your back.
  3. Push-ups: they really are the best upper body multi-tasking exercise! As they get easier, there are tons of variations you can add like side planks, arm reaches, and more.
