MINNETONKA, Minn. – When Becker traveled to Minnetonka Friday, it was in some ways, the end of an era.

"With district scheduling it's not going to happen again," said Minnetonka head football coach Dave Nelson.

With the introduction of district play in 2015, seeing small towns face off against big suburban schools will likely become a thing of the past.

"I wish it could be different," says Becker head coach Dwight Lundeen. "But it's a privilege to be here and face one of the top teams in the state."

The "David and Goliath" game did not disappoint.

Four touchdowns were scored in under seven minutes to play, but it was Minnetonka squeaking out the victory on a last second field goal to win 25-24.
