WASHINGTON, D.C. – Tech gifts always land high on Christmas wish lists for kids and teenagers.

A recent study from the Omnibus Company shows 48 percent of parents are willing to consider purchasing a tablet or laptop for their child.

That means figuring out which device is right for a child, as well as balancing cost and privacy concerns.
